NASI LEMAK

‘Nasi lemak’ is favourite food for many people especially me. ‘Nasi lemak’ is rice was cooked with santan for add the taste of the fat. Sometimes, pandan leaves included while ‘Nasi lemak’ was cooked for add it smells. Between other materials included while cooked it is sliced ginger and onion. ‘Nasi lemak’ usually was cooked in common or to steam.’Nasi lemak’ will be served with egg,cucumber,fried anchovies,fried peanuts and sambal. Now, ‘Nasi lemak’ was sold with a variety of relish among fried chicken,fried chicken spicy,sambal clams or sambal squid with their own appetite. ‘Nasi lemak’ so easy available. There are many seller sell it whether the side of the road,stall,restaurant or kopitiam. There are many ways used for packing ‘Nasi lemak’. Packing way always used are included in polystyrene. Banana leaves always used for lined rice during the packed using plastic and newspaper. This gives the smell nice when to be eaten. Now, ‘Nasi lemak’ not again be served during the breakfast. Many people enjoy ‘Nasi lemak’ as lunch and meal in the night.
